Today I dropped Elisha to spend some time on a farm near York with a friend and his grandparents. Cayley was elsewhere having a great time with her grandparents and then a friend. Jos was with me. After the trek to the farm, he and I headed into town to have a look around.

A lot was closed. York seems to have a lot of places that are open Thursday through the weekend.

But we still enjoyed a bakery lunch and a trip to the sweet shop.

I did find the order of the shops a little ironic. Or perhaps it is a warning from the dentist?
